Overview

Who You Are 

As an HVAC Selling Technician you will play a key role in providing exceptional service while also identifying and recommending HVAC solutions that improve the performance and energy efficiency of our customers' systems. This is not your typical technician role—it's about offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers’ systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer’s needs. 

 

What We Do


• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

 

What You Need


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Selling Technician
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
